At Beau Ties of Vermont, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade accessories. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Vermont workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
